Hanna Goldman spent fifteen years in catering, and at one time owned her own restaurant in New York, where she lived for six years. Hanna left the restaurant and the country to live I Israel, where she trained and graduated as a chef, specialising in pastry cooking.
She became restless, needing a break from catering; she took a job in a small bespoke shoe shop. There she found herself completely fascinated by the form, colour, and even the smell of shoes. She had found her vacation. Hanna went to Cordwainers Technical College and graduated in design and manufacture. She was honoured to have been handed her diploma by the Princess Royal. Her designs are attractively different, individual, feminine, and above all comfortable. Shoes for the young individualist, the elegant woman, for brides and models, for the smart and the romantic, for everyone.
Hanna’s right hand man is Mick. She swears that he has “magic hands” Mick has been in shoe industry for 47 years, and a client list that includes the Queen and members of the Royal family (whilst working at H&M Rayne), Ulrika Jonson, Mandy Smith, Lady Archer, and many more.
The challenge of combining comfort, quality and the fulfilment of the client’s fantasies is met with professionalism at the shoe studio this is no run of the mill service, spending time with each client is and essential part of the process, and every aspect of the client is taken into account.
